Château Doyac is a family's "love at first sight" for a magnificent vineyard nestled in a biodiversity haven in the heart of the Haut-Médoc region of Bordeaux.

In 1998, Astrid and Max de Pourtalès embarked on this adventure. Their daughter Clémence, an oenologist, joined them in 2016-  the year they converted to organic farming, followed in 2017 by a conversion to biodynamics.

Today, the Pourtalès family is convinced of one thing: to produce fine, elegant wines of high quality from resilient vines deeply rooted in a living soil, reflecting the terroir and their work.

All red and white wines are certified organic and labeled Demeter and Biodyvin, a huge recognition for the Pourtalès family's commitment to biodynamic farming.
