Graves red : Merlot (80%) - Cabernet franc (10%) Cabernet Sauvignon (10%) 

Graves white : Semillon (80%) and Sauvignon (20%) (including Sauvignon gris)

2 specific cuvées, white and red: 

Cuvée Prestige, selected by parcel and barrel-aged and 

Cuvée Grande Lande, a Vin de France made from old vines and aged in 500-liter tuns and amphorae.

Château de Callac benefits from an ideal combination of elements : sky, sun and earth. It produces elegant red and white Graves wines on the Bel Air plateau. Its terroir, a veritable geological mosaic, ensures optimum natural drainage and gives the wines the complexity and uniqueness for which the estate is renowned. The estate has embarked on a process of conversion to organic farming, following in the footsteps of its neighbour and friend Château Guiraud, whose hospitality it complements. With seven spacious, elegant rooms and suites full of character, and a tasting room with a panoramic view of the barrel cellar, it offers an unique experience at the heart of a wine estate.
