Just 45 km from Saint-Tropez, in the heart of the village of Gonfaron, the Caille family has been cultivating since 2015 a vineyard where the authenticity of the terroir meets a commitment to quality.

The 17th-century farmhouse is surrounded by 30 hectares of organically certified vines, with an average age of 25 years. The vineyard flourishes mainly within the Côtes de Provence appellation, planted with a rich varietal palette: Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Rolle, Caladoc and Tibouren.

A UNIQUE TERROIR 

Rooted in the Maures plain, the vines grow on rare Permian soils of red clay and sand, scattered with rocky outcrops. The continental climate, more extreme than along the coast, shapes the grapes with hot summers, strong day/night temperature variations, harsh winters and poor yet living soils, surrounded by pines, cork oaks and holm oaks. This unique combination encourages deep rooting, giving the vines resilience and access to natural trace elements.
