« Récoltant-Manipulant » (RM) and Independent Winegrower, I make my own wine as naturally as possible, with passion, dynamism, and generosity. My champagnes are rare, atypical, of character and only come from the one and only terroir of Vincelles. As the 10th generation of winegrower in the family (since 1700), I am proud to share with you the terroir that I cherish as much as I protect it. Thanks to a reduction of treatments, a zero-herbicide policy and to organic methods, I obtained in 2015 the HVE (High Environmental value) label and organic agriculture in 2023. These certifications allow me to continue our research on organic viticulture and to go further in our quest to reveal the aromatic expressions of our terroir.
