Terroirs PLURIEL
Our vineyard lies on the right bank of the Marne Valley, spanning 11 hectares across the villages of La Neuville-aux-Larris, Cuchery, Dormans, and Hautvillers. This mosaic allows us to showcase and harmonize the region’s diverse terroirs, each contributing its own unique character. Rooted mainly in clay-limestone and green clay soils, our vines thrive in an environment perfectly adapted to Meunier, the emblematic grape variety that defines the identity of our maison.

Vision PLURIEL
We are deeply committed to caring for our soils and protecting the environment that sustains us. This conviction guides our efforts to adopt regenerative and sustainable practices throughout our vineyard. In the direction of a gradual transition, we make deliberate choices to preserve and enrich our ecosystem. On carefully selected plots, we cultivate plant cover that supports pollinators, creating habitats that foster biodiversity. Our ambition is to extend these practices to ensure the longevity of our vines and the surrounding landscapes.

Vinifications PLURIEL
In crafting our champagnes, our goal is to reveal the very best expression of our terroirs. To achieve this, we experiment with different vinification methods while constantly exploring new possibilities. Each cuvée is a vintage that highlights the character of a given harvest. Our ambition is to let our wines express themselves with authenticity and integrity; without artifice. By minimizing the use of additives, we allow each cuvée to unveil its pure, raw personality, a true reflection of its origins.

Guided by our sensitivity to art and design, we collaborate with emerging talents to reinterpret our craft through a contemporary lens. Photographers, architects, designers; each partnership highlights young creators who merge tradition and innovation, enriching our identity while revealing their bold vision.
