The estate is located in the Côte des Bar, in Gyé-sur-Seine, our family village. The vineyard, which covers an area of about 10 hectares, is distributed along Vallée de la Seine, in Gyé and the surrounding towns of: Courteron, Neuville-sur-Seine, Buxeuil and Polisy.

Planted on clay-limestone soils (Kimmeridgian and Portlandian), the plots of our vineyard are differentiated by their various ages of the vines and their expositions. Our vineyard is composed of Pinot Noir (about 70%), Chardonnay (27%) and a grape variety that is rare in Champagne: Pinot Blanc (3%).

Throughout the year, we attach great importance to the growth of our vines. We allow nature to direct our actions. We are only present to guide and accompany our vines while respecting the soil, the plant and the biodiversity that surrounds them.
