The Origin: A land, a family, a vision

For the WARIS family, everything begins with family. A foundation, a refuge, a

springboard.

The values passed down by their parents have shaped three bold and united

children.

Today, this new generation — three brothers and a sister — has decided to

take flight,

to write their own story by creating Les Gamins d’Avize.

This project is an act of emancipation and faith in their roots. They dare,

because they

deeply believe in their vision, driven by the strength of family bonds and the

energy of youth.

The Approach: Embracing life, revealing the essential

Les Gamins d’Avize reinterpret Champagne with respect and freedom. Not a

loud revolution,

but an intelligent return to the source, in step with nature.

Chemical inputs are a thing of the past: here, the vines learn to defend

themselves,

the soils breathe thanks to carefully chosen ground cover, and biodiversity

regains its place.

In the cellar, interventions are minimal: no additives, fermentation controlled

by temperature,

oxygen, and time. The ageing process reveals each wine’s true identity.

The style, sober and pure, pays tribute to this close-knit siblinghood — a tribe

that,

like their vines, flourishes freely.

Les Gamins d’Avize stand for a free Champagne, true to its roots but freed from

conventions.

create cuvées

with strong character.

The Trilogy / The Siblings: Three unique expressions, one shared standard

A range that reflects their choices and convictions. Each cuvée is conceived like

a

family member, with its own character:

• Blanc de Noirs — Antonin

Made from Pinot Noir and Meunier, this structured Champagne pays

tribute to Antonin’s

depth and grounded nature. A straight and intense cuvée, structured like

a land that is respected.

• Blanc de Blancs — Blanche

A 100% Chardonnay with luminous elegance. This cuvée evokes

Blanche’s finesse and sensitivity,

offering a crystalline, floral interpretation of the Avize terroir.

• Trois Cépages — Cyprien

Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Meunier: Cyprien orchestrates the union of the

three varietals

into a harmonious, generous cuvée. A subtle expression of their fraternal

complementarity

and shared vision.

The Lieux-dits

• 100% Meunier, a stylistic exercise aiming to preserve the freshness and

delicate fruit

of Meunier for an elegant wine. Available end of 2026.
