A family story and passion !
Created in 1970 by Daniel and Michel Gyéjacquot, the House, bearing the
same name, is today run by Cyril and Frédéric, Michel’s sons… It is still a
brotherly story. Located in the heart of the Aube region in France, the House’s
terroir spreads across four municipalities. It consists of 20 plots, most of which
are less than 20 years old and the oldest is 40.
All the Gyéjacquot Champagne cuvees come from the traditional grape varieties of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, but
also from Pinot Blanc (there are only 75 hectares of Pinot Blanc left out of 35,000 hectares of the Champagne appellation).
