The MALÉTREZ family has been settled since the mid-17th century, in CHAMERY, 1er cru village of the Montagne de Reims. Frédéric MALÉTREZ, heir to a line of winegrowers, began professionally in 1982, and installed his own press two years later, in order to vinify himself the wines necessary to develop the Champagnes that will become the reference of the brand over the years. The vineyard of 13 hectares includes the 3 majority grape varieties in Champagne: Chardonnay 43%, Pinot Noir 35%, Pinot Meunier 22%. This allows it to produce 110,000 bottles each year of a wide range of complementary cuvées with multiple and precise dosages.
