B Girardin champagne, an independent winemaker run by Sandrine and her son Augustin, is located in the Coteaux Sud d'Épernay. The 6 hectares are spread over two terroirs: Mancy, the family's birthplace, and Vitry-en-Perthois, a terroir planted in the 1970s. Out of respect for nature, we have HVE 3 environmental certification.

We are celebrating 50 years of the estate's history with three collections, each designed as a unique musical score, celebrating the legacy of Bernard Girardin, the founder.

Hors Du Temps

     Mature, deep, and patinated cuvées that reveal the beauty of slow aging on lees. Each bottle embodies the memory of time, in a noble and timeless expression of the estate's expertise.

Anima Vinea

     Augustin's free and committed vision, developed in barrels, without unnecessary inputs or intervention. Today, he is releasing his first cuvée in this collection.
