Historically based in Aÿ-Champagne, founded in 1893, Champagne Collery has been reborn under the leadership of Nicolas Gueusquin since 2014. After years of efforts to reinstall the company in one of the most beautiful areas of Aÿ, the Champagne House is ready to introduce its champagnes to the world. The renewal of Collery has led to the development of a complete range exclusively in Grand Cru, split into 3 collections inspired by the world of whisky: - "Les Assemblages": Pinot Noir and Chardonnay offering a good representation of the Grand Cru terroirs of Champagne - "The Singles": the pure interpretation of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, Grand Cru de Champagne - "Vintage": the vision of thinking outside the box, proud result of our playful experiments Our own supplies and the meticulous work of the grape suppliers allow us to handle unique resources, essential for the production of quality wine. The Collery team is committed to working on the smallest details of winemaking by taking advantage of very high quality facilities and equipment: 2500 HL of temperature-controlled stainless steel vats and more than 400 HL of barrels (40 HL, 25HL, 12HL, 4HL barrels , 228L & 225L)
