Our family estate is located in the heart of Champagne Region, on the hillsides of the « Montagne de Reims », in the village of Billy-le-Grand designated Premier Cru. The estate is 5 ha. Winegrowers for 4 generations and “ Vigneron Indépendant”, we make our cuvées with passion and with respect of the traditional champagne winemaking process. We grow the 3 Champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. We vinify both in vat and oak barrels. Since 2015, we have taken a more respectful step toward the protection of the environment by getting the HEV certification (High Environmental Value). The commitment to the environment is our trademark. We don’t use any herbicides or pesticides, allowing, among other things, the preservation of biodiversity. Furthermore, we spread straw in the vines 1 row out of 2, which keeps the freshness, the humidity and avoids the gullying of the soil. It is with all these concerns in mind that we produce the wide range of our Champagnes. We work with multiple blends and different mono-varieties, maturing in oak barrels, no malolactic fermentation for certain cuvées...
