Founded in 1920 by Armand-Raphaël Graser, the AR Lenoble Champagne house has been cultivating and developing its expertise for over 100 years. The 18-hectare vineyard is primarily located in Chouilly, a village classified as Grand Cru on the Côte des Blancs. The other vines are in Bisseuil, a Premier Cru of the Montagne de Reims. In 2012, the AR Lenoble vineyard was one of the very first to be certified 'HVE' ('High Environmental Value'). This award attests to a responsible approach and respect for the environment for over 20 years. AR Lenoble Champagnes are crafted with commitment and conviction. Since 2010, a portion of the reserve wines have been kept in magnums. After 4 to 5 years of aging in the cellar, the magnums are opened by hand and the wine collected to be blended with the latest harvest. This blend is then bottled and kept for several more years at the estate. The 'mag' cuvées, the fruit of this long production process, gain in freshness and precision. The autolysis phenomenon that develops in the magnums brings a unique aromatic palette. This method significantly improves the quality of AR Lenoble Champagnes and is particularly relevant in the context of global warming where freshness becomes a new challenge
