Since 1913, Cellier de La Crau has been producing its wines with a constant focus on quality thanks to ancestral know-how and cutting-edge technical tools.
After a merger with the cooperatives of La Farlede and Sollies-Pont, Cellier de la Crau today produces around 18,000 hectoliters of wine on an area of 300 hectares of vineyards, including 180 hectares in AOP Côtes de Provence and 120 hectares in IGP Vins de Pays du Var maintained by around a hundred cooperators.
Aware of the exceptional geographical location of our terroir, between the Mediterranean Sea and the foothills of the Maures massif, our winegrowers strive every day to work this terroir valued by generations of winegrowers.
Being a cooperator at Cellier de La Crau is not just a job; it is the desire to provide grapes rich in flavors and great aromatic complexity while respecting the environment.
With this heritage to cherish, we produce fine and elegant wines, recognized in all major competitions, and are proud to combine ancient terroir with a modern and generous style of wine.
We are a family vineyard operating 25 hectares around a XVIIth century castle in Provence in front of the Mediterranean sea. We are producing exclusively Cotes de Provence wines (white, red and rosé) and we are also organising wine tours around our property : we operate 24 bedrooms and a seminar room for professionals.
