Cave de La Côte, a Waldensian winery between tradition and innovation
Cave de La Côte brings together some 300 wine artisans on more than 450 hectares, i.e. a quarter of the vineyard of the vineyards of La Côte. Since 1929, the cellar has been at the heart of this terroir and of the AOC La Côte, whose name and values it bears and values.
The cellar vinifies several leading domains of the Swiss viticulture, such as the Château de Malessert, Château d'Echichens, Domaine Kursner and Château La Bâtie.
In all the vineyards, organic viticulture is making strong progress in order to meet the principles of sustainable and responsible culture.
With a strong attachment to the land and to its professions, Cave de La Côte is proud of its history and is resolutely to the future in an innovative and sustainable way.
This approach has been recognized by numerous awards, including the consecration of : Swiss Cellar of the Year in 2019, a crown reissued with the Domaine Kursner in 2021.
