We have been cultivating our own vineyards in an ecological way since 2001, being one of the pioneer wineries in La Rioja in the organic certification.
For us it is more than a philosophy, it is our way of respecting biodiversity, returning to the way of farming and the love for the terroir that our grandparents taught us, in order to leave our future generations a better and more sustainable planet.
We are a family winery with more than 100 years of winemaking tradition, our winery was founded in 1994 when we decided not only to take care of our vineyards but to start making our own wines in an artisanal way.
Our winery and our vineyards are located in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, the heart of La Rioja Alta, our town and that of our ancestors.
In addition to viticulture, we take care of even the smallest detail in the production of our wines, from the moment the grapes enter the cellar, making an exhaustive selection of them, until the wines are put on the market, passing through the fermentations , aging in barrels, which is carried out in a cave excavated in living rock, passing through the bottle rack for refinement and the dressing process.
Our winery produces high-quality wines, which are being recognized in prestigious competitions such as Decanter, Millesime Bio, the Grand Concours Mondial of Bruxelles, Ecovino, among others, especially in the latter several times obtaining the highest award, the Great Gold Ecovino.
The Rioja´s SONSIERRA, the origin of everything.
We are a family winery located in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, sheltered by the Sierra Cantabria mountain range and the left bank of the river Ebro, where all our own vineyards are, where our family belong since lot of generations.
It all began here in the Sonsierra, in the Rioja Alta region, two thousand years ago with the Romans. Even then, they knew that everything here was perfect for wine growing: altitude, climate, poor soil, old vines, no irrigation and micro-plots.

We want our wines to surprise, amaze and provoke emotions, without ceasing to enjoy them.
Our productions are limited and have their own personality.
We are convinced that organic viticulture produces a much richer, finer and more transparent wine. We are convinced that the success of our wines lies in their great typicity and purity.
We are passionate about shaping the wine, watching it grow, develop and age, and for this we select the best wood to create the perfect travelling companion for our wines: the barrel.
