We are one of the oldest Italian distilleries, founded in 1814 when the Casoni family established the company in Finale Emilia, in the province of Modena. From a small local artisan business, we have grown to become a key player in the liqueur and spirits market, both in Italy and around the world.

With over 210 years of experience and expertise in liqueur production, our products are crafted using the finest raw ingredients and an ongoing commitment to research, ensuring the uniqueness and quality of more than 100 infusions and over 450 product references. Our identity blends tradition and innovation, staying true to historic recipes while always keeping pace with the times.

To pay tribute to the history and the people who helped make the Casoni distillery what it is today, we created the documentary “Casoni: il Sapere del Tempo, il Sapore del Futuro” a film that celebrates our 210 years of activity.
