BOLLE is a new kind of wine for a new kind of drinker. Built on tradition, innovation, and inclusion, it’s the world’s only twice-fermented non-alcoholic wine crafted through a patent-pending process that creates genuine wine structure, complexity, and mouthfeel without added sugar, flavours, or aromas. The result is a sparkling wine that looks, tastes, and behaves like wine just without the alcohol.
The idea behind BOLLE was inspired by co-founder Roberto Vanin, whose early memories of growing up in Veneto were filled with the joyful sounds of corks popping and glasses clinking. In his family, bolle bubbles were a symbol of celebration. With degrees in chemistry and oenology from the University of Padova, Roberto set out to create a product that honoured those memories while challenging the status quo: wine made through fermentation, not de-alcoholisation, not dilution and never compromise.
At the business helm is Gary Read, a seasoned entrepreneur with a track record of scaling brands globally. Alongside him, winemaker Steve Burch brings decades of experience from California’s premium wine scene, aligning tradition with technical rigour to craft wines worthy of premium lists and modern palates.
BOLLE’s process begins like any quality sparkling wine, with fermentation, temperature control, time, and intention. But unlike many alcohol-free products, it doesn’t rely on sugar or flavourings to simulate wine. Instead, BOLLE uses a proprietary twice-fermented method that delivers real minerality, acidity, and a clean finish the markers of serious sparkling.
The result is an inclusive wine experience that’s already resonating with top chefs, sommeliers, and hospitality buyers. In 2025, Wine Enthusiast awarded BOLLE Rosé 93 points and Blanc de Blancs 91 points the highest scores ever given to non-alcoholic wines, placing BOLLE firmly at the forefront of this fast-growing category.
BOLLE has a full range of products including still Chardonnay and a newly launched Grand Reserve wine and it's available in the UK, US, and key international markets.
