Quinta de Aves is a Spanish winery run nowadays by the third generation, we are in Campo de Calatrava, the last DOP in Europe, renowned as one of the few VOLCANIC soils across Spain, producing estate, high-quality, Volcanic, Vegan, and Organic wines, only with our own grapes and elaborated in our winery, controlling the processes, ensuring the regularity and quality of our wines. 

We pride ourselves on crafting wines that embody the essence of our unique terroir, reflecting the distinct character of our vineyards and surroundings.

"Quinta de Aves" means house of birds, which we represent on our labels, as we have around 100 species living and migrating on our estate

Our diverse portfolio features a variety of wines, including reds, oaked and unoaked, rosé, and unoaked whites, all crafted to deliver a symphony of fresh, fruity, mineral, complex, and elegant notes.
