BODEGAS FORCADA is a family winery located in Rincón de Olivedo, La Rioja, within a territory considered a Biosphere Reserve. Situated in the Sierra de Alcarama, the region offers ideal conditions for grape ripening, with an ecosystem that supports nearly organic cultivation. The steep slopes of the Sierra de Alcarama are part of one of the most stunning areas in the D.O.Ca. Rioja, where manual harvesting and small trailers are used to transport grapes to the winery.

The winery practices organic production methods. With 65 hectares of its own vineyards, many of them centuries-old, Bodegas Forcada also oversees 70 hectares of family vineyards. 

The vineyards are planted at an altitude between 600 and 850m, promoting greater complexity in the aromas and flavors of the grapes. 

Currently, the winery is run by the fourth generation of viticulturists.
