At Bear Brothers Distillerie, we have a passion for crafting spirits that tell a story.

By using organic, fresh, and seasonal ingredients, we strive to deliver outstanding quality. We aim to prove that our elixirs can be as delightful as the finest wines in terms of complexity and character.

Since 2019, we have embarked on an artisanal production of premium spirits, including our gin, vodka, and, more recently, our French whisky. Driven by a constant passion for innovation, we continuously create original and authentic recipes.

Each bottle is the result of a meticulous process, beginning with distillation on a Stupfler® stills. Our spirits are then diluted using spring water from the Pyrénées and are bottled by hand. Every step is carried out in-house at our distillery in Toulouse, located in the heart of the region of Occitanie.
