Provence's first 100% organic AOP. 12 small-scale vineyards. Thirty years after receiving their AOP Baux-de-Provence certification, the winegrowers have remained true to their guiding principle of producing great terroir wines in three colours: 55% red, 30% rosé and 15% white. Baux-de-Provence, an entirely organic AOP.
The Château Romanin estate is located in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, at the foot of the ruins of a 13th century castle of the Templar order.
Nestled on the northern slope of the Alpilles, the estate has been run biodynamically since its creations. It extends over 250 hectares, including 58 hectares of vines, 4 hectares of olive trees and 2.5 hectares of almond trees, worked with meticulousness and cared for with particular attention.
To date, the estate offers 50% red wines, 35% rosés and 15% whites. The AOP Les Baux-de-Provence, of which the estate is part, is a 100% organic appellation.
In the heart of the Alpilles Natural Park, in the commune of Saint-Étienne-du-Grès, Domaine Dalméran covers around ten hectares of organically farmed vines.
Our clay-limestone terroir, stony and swept by the mistral wind, allows iconic grape varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cinsault to express themselves fully.
Our ambition is to make wine differently, with respect for nature and its rhythms. The work we do on the land, the maintenance of our olive grove, the artisanal production of our gin and the creation of our red, white and rosé wines reflect the identity, light and delicious flavours of Provence.
The Dalméran experience is also about the art of hospitality: visits to the cellar, walks through the vineyards, wine, olive oil and spirits tastings, as well as stays in our charming houses in the heart of the estate.
At Wine Paris, we look forward to introducing you to this alliance between authenticity and modernity, between a terroir of character and the spirit of Provence.

Mas de Gourgonnier, a wine estate in the heart of the Alpilles.
For four generations, the Cartier family has been perpetuating a tradition of quality winemaking and expertise in its natural environment. Committed to organic farming since 1975, this iconic Alpilles estate encompasses 40 hectares of vineyards and 20 hectares of olive groves, cultivated with passion and exacting standards.
Located in Provence, formerly south of Avignon, on the southern slopes of the Alpilles mountains, the estate benefits from a dry and windy climate, ideal for cultivating vines and olive trees. The management of the Mas is based on a family collaboration, with Ève, Olivier, and their fathers now at the helm. The wines of Mas de Gourgonnier, under the AOP Baux-de-Provence and IGP Alpilles designations, reflect the full richness of the Alpilles terroir. Sunny, balanced, and marked by the aromas of the garrigue, these wines are the result of a precise blend of 12 grape varieties.
For our first time at Wine Paris, Eve Cartier will be here and we would be delighted to welcome you to our booth.
