Tired of our respective jobs, we decided to leave everything behind and follow our dream : to create wines which reflect our values. Modern and eco-friendly, Aubert & Mathieu’s creations will resonate with anyone who wants to see change in the wine industry. MISSION We believe in meaningful viticulture, creating wines from the best parts of the Languedoc Roussillon region. We consider each stage of the production process carefully to ensure that we are ecologically sustainable throughout.
