We are the Spanish Group of independent wineries. Our origin dates back to 1993 when ARAEX Grands was founded by Javier R. de Galarreta, who set out to bring together the finest wines from Rioja Alavesa and the rest of Spain. Araex comprises a family of 16 different wineries in the 12 most prestigious wine regions in the country. It is thanks to these wineries that we have been able to curate a sophisticated portfolio made up of the finest wines from different territories and the best of each region. Wines from Rioja Alavesa, Ribera del Duero, Toro, Rueda, Bizkaiko Txakolina, Cava, Priorat, Navarra, Rias Baixas, Castilla, Vinos de Pago or Jerez among others are part of the Araex Grands family.
