The Accordini Stefano Company has located its wine production in Cavalo di Fumane, a small village at 550 metres a.s.l, thus being the highest cellar in the Valpolicella Classica region. The particular composition of the soil and the microclimate give the wines completely unique and clearly distinguishable characteristics, first of all the spicy aroma. The fourth generation of the Accordini family pays particular attention to eco-sustainability, organic cultivation and renewable sources. From June 2019 the Company has extended its business by opening the new Agriturismo Acinatico Wine Relais located within its own organic vineyard certified by the 2019 vintage.
